Interactive Tool: How Many Calories Did You Burn?

What do the results mean?

Your results tell you how many calories you burn doing a specific activity, whether it is housecleaning, gardening, skiing, or running. This tool can help remind you of all the activities you can do to stay healthy. Keep in mind that vigorous activity will also increase your metabolism (and the number of calories burned) even after you have stopped the activity.
